Fees are negotiated between the person who posted the need and the person who makes the intro. Knowaguy does not set the fee and does not pay you directly. Your fee comes from the deal itself. We track the introduction and make sure you get your cut.
No. You need to know people. If you know a great solicitor, a reliable accountant, a developer who delivers on time, or a buyer looking for property, that is enough. The expert is the person you introduce.
